Job Description: As an Insurance Agent / Financial Advisor, you will play a crucial role in helping clients understand their insurance needs and financial goals. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Client Consultation: Meet with clients to assess their financial needs, goals, and risk tolerance.
• Product Knowledge: Educate clients on various insurance products, including life, health, auto, and property insurance, as well as investment options and retirement plans.
• Policy Recommendations: Develop tailored insurance and financial plans that align with clients’ needs.
• Sales: Actively pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and advice.
• Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to provide the best recommendations.
• Compliance: Ensure all practices comply with state and federal regulations, as well as company policies.
