Elder Care Homecare is seeking Caregiver HR Support. We are a private pay homecare agency servicing Westchester County, Long Island, and the New York Metro Area, with additional expansion planned within the next year. This is a remote role based in Davao Region, Philippines.
Elder Care has been in operation for over seven years, however our growth has dramatically increased over the last two. The ideal candidate will be a people person with strong communication skills both written and verbal and must be comfortable speaking on the phone. This role reports into our Associate Director of Human Resources.
As Caregiver HR Support, you will be responsible for the initial recruitment processes to assist in the growth of our Caregiver team in the New York metro area. On a company wide level we hope you can help to support Elder Care Homecare’s growth, mission, and goals of Growing Stronger Together.

Responsibilities:
- Post job openings for Caregivers in the New York and Connecticut Market, using multiple career sites and job boards
- Work with the local team in the United States to understand the current needs and geographies to target in the job postings
- Manage the deployment of a budget to promote and boost job postings as well as the tracking of the efficiency of the postings on career websites.
- Perform initial resume screening and evaluation of candidates
- Coordinate and conduct meetings and interviews via phone and video
- Communicate with our Caregiver team and potential new team members
- Perform all prerequisites to hiring
Required:
- Thorough, organized, and good communication skills
- Previous recruiting experience with candidates living in the United States
Nice to have(s):
- Experience posting job to online job boards in the United States
- Previous experience in Homecare and/or working with Caregivers
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php650,000.00 – Php750,000.00 per year
